Services are rendered and billed as cash-only, and do not include the cost of medications or testing; however, we are happy to create a superbill for visits that can be reimbursed by your insurance plan, if desired.
Unfortunately, at this time we are not accepting patients with Medicare/Medicaid due to Federal regulations.

| Urgent Care/Sick Visit- In-Office | Do you have an acute condition, such as cough, sore throat, rash, ear pain or suspected urinary tract infection? If so, I am available for same-day services, both in-person and through our HIPAA-compliant platform. If treatment is not effective, you will be referred to your primary care provider or a local urgent care/ Emergency Room. (Medications and testing, if any, are an additional cost) | 20 minutes | $75 |
